Plain summary
This website (omnicurephysio.com) does not collect personal data. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising tags, or third-party tracking, and the site itself does not set any cookies. The only personal information Omnicure Physio processes from this site comes when you reach out to us directly through the contact channels below.
What we collect on this site
Nothing automatically. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or any equivalent tracker. The site does not set first-party marketing or analytics cookies. Standard web server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) are retained briefly by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and operational purposes. They are not used for marketing.
When you click through to a third-party service
Several links on this site send you to services we don't control. When you follow one, you are subject to that service's privacy policy:
- Online booking. Opens our ClinicMaster portal. ClinicMaster collects the information you enter to schedule and manage your appointment.
- Phone, email, WhatsApp. Initiates a call, email, or chat using your device's default app. We receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.
- Social media links. Instagram and Facebook collect data per their own platform policies once you arrive on their site.
- Maps. If our Contact page displays a Google Map embed, Google processes your IP address and may set cookies. No map embed is present at the time of this notice.
Information you share with us directly
If you contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, or if you book through ClinicMaster, the information you provide is used to respond to you, schedule your care, and maintain your clinical record. Personal health information collected during treatment is governed by Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and is handled under the standard policies of our clinic, which we provide on request.
Future tracking and consent
We may introduce analytics or advertising tools in a future phase to better understand site usage and measure the impact of marketing. When we do:
- This notice will be updated to disclose exactly what is collected and why.
- A cookie consent banner with equal-weight Accept and Reject options will appear before any non-essential cookies are set, per Law 25.
- Google Consent Mode v2 (or equivalent) will gate all marketing tags behind your consent.
Your rights under Law 25
Quebec law gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Access and correct that information
- Withdraw consent for uses you previously agreed to
- Lodge a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec
