Frequently asked questions
If your question isn't here, call us at 514-313-6877 or email info@omnicurephysio.com.
- Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
- No. Physiotherapists in Quebec are first-contact providers. You can book directly with us, no doctor's referral needed. Some private insurance plans require a referral for reimbursement, so check your plan if you're claiming.
- Do you accept CNESST and SAAQ?
- Yes. We bill CNESST (work injury) and SAAQ (auto accident) directly. Bring your claim number to your first visit. Most private insurance plans accept our receipts for reimbursement.
- What should I wear to my appointment?
- Loose, comfortable clothing that lets us see and move the area being treated. Shorts for knee or hip work, a tank top or loose shirt for shoulder or neck work.
- What languages do your therapists speak?
- We work in both English and French. If you need another language, ask when you book and we'll let you know what we can accommodate.
